Mohamad El-Hage

Founder, operator, and investor in specialized healthcare service companies in the Middle East & North Africa (MENA).

Realized USD 300M in proceeds and >5x returns to shareholders with the development and sale of CMRC and What Al Aman (from Manzil). Operating Partner at TVM Capital Healthcare (TVM), providing select portfolio company strategy and development advisory including portfolio company Infusion One Medical (IVone).

Co-founder at Vivus Rehabilitation Company (Vivus), a specialized rehabilitation outpatient company with two clinics in Kuwait and seeking to expand into KSA.

Previously (2012-2021), served as Managing Director and Operating Partner at TVM for nearly ten years, during this time:

Co-founded Cambridge Medical & Rehabilitation Center (CMRC) at TVM in 2012 and led its strategic and financial development from inception through to multiple fundraising rounds, expansion in the UAE and KSA, substantial profitability, and ultimately its sale to Amanat Holdings, achieving a shareholder cash monetization of USD 265M. After sale, led the company as CEO until mid-2023.

Led the acquisition of Manzil Healthcare Services (Manzil) in 2013 as an early-stage homecare business in Abu Dhabi and drove its 20x growth in patients, and expansion across multiple countries in the MENA. In 2019, led the spin-off and sale of the Abu Dhabi business unit (Wahat Al Aman), achieving a substantial return on investment to shareholders.

Spent the first 14 years of career in finance, investment, and strategy advisory roles at leading firms – PwC, JP Morgan, Booz Allen Hamilton, Unifund Capital, and The Executive Office of HH Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum. Advised on several billion dollars of M&A transactions, organizational developments, and corporate turnarounds. Graduated with a BBA from the American University of Beirut, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management. Actively engaged in non-executive board roles; and global networks, including Lebanese International Finance Executives (LIFE) and the Young Presidents Organization (YPO). Chair of a Dubai Group at TIGER 21.

Othman Abahussain

Mr. Othman A. Abahussein is a highly experienced healthcare professional in the field of healthcare services, insurance and trading since 1983.

He is a graduate of Business in Hospital Administration from Concordia College, Moorhead, Minnesota, USA in 1982. He then completed a Master of Health & Hospital Administration degree from King Saud University with affiliation of UNC, Chapel Hill, NC in 1987. He started his professional career with HCA operations of the National Guard Hospital in Riyadh in the beginning of 1983 until the end of 1994.

He worked with one of the leading medical insurance companies in Saudi Arabia (NCCI) from January 1995 onwards for two years, after which he went on to become the general manager of Arabian Healthcare Company (part of Olayan Group) from 1997 to 2009. From Olayan Group he joined National Medical CARE Company as Chief Executive Officer, a position he held until December 31, 2014.

Since 2015 been working as Senior advisor and Operating Partner with TVM Capital Healthcare.
His core professional competencies include strong leadership, empowering talent, optimized utilization of resources, and creating synergized working environments within the organization.

With over 40 years of experience in the healthcare profession, he has held positions encompassing both operations and strategy.

Mohammad Shehabat

Mohammad Shehabat is a highly skilled healthcare management professional with over 28 years of experience in healthcare management and operations. He possesses a strong motivation and a proven track record of significant achievements in the field. He earned his Master’s degree in Epidemiology from the Medical Faculty at the University of Science and Technology in Jordan, followed by a PhD in Health Administration in 2012.

Throughout his distinguished career, Mohammad has worked with various organizations, including universities, government institutions, international companies, and private hospitals. He has played a pivotal role in the commissioning and startup of hospitals in both Jordan and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, where he was appointed as Operations Director, overseeing the management of 23 centers across the Kingdom.

Mohammad has also acquired certifications in leadership and various medical specialties. He holds a certification in Business Operations Management from the International Academy of Business and Financial Management. This extensive experience has equipped him with the requisite leadership skills necessary for driving comprehensive and sustainable operational growth within any healthcare organization. His core competencies encompass clinical practice and supervision, budget management, program development, commissioning and operations, patient care, and administrative responsibilities. Currently, he is finalizing a national quality certification to serve as a hospital accreditation surveyor.

A strong advocate for leadership transformation, Mohammad adheres to the principle that leaders must evolve in a constantly changing world. Dr. Hawra AlEid

Dr. Hawra AlEid serves as a Senior Registrar in Internal Medicine at our infusion clinic. She obtained her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree from the University of Dammam, where she established a robust foundation in medical sciences and clinical practice. Following her graduation, Dr. AlEid completed her residency through the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties in the Eastern Province, refining her expertise in internal medicine and accumulating significant experience in patient care.

Dr. AlEid possesses a specialized interest in Rheumatology, and she is dedicated to the management and treatment of patients with complex rheumatic conditions. Her approach to patient care is inherently patient-centered, ensuring that every individual receives a comprehensive and tailored treatment plan that addresses their unique medical needs.
